A 32 year film veteran, Christine spent the ‘80s and early ‘90s in various production positions working on films such as The Navigator, Willow, Immediate Family, Jennifer 8, Intersection and Little Women. She moved into producing Canadian films and earned a Best Motion Picture Genie nomination for her first producing venture, Bruce McDonald’s Hard Core Logo. She served as a producer and executive producer on Gary Burns’ Kitchen Party,  Malcolm Ingram’s Tail Lights Fade, Ben Ratner’s Moving Malcolm and Reg Harkema’s A Girl Is A Girl.

In 2005 Christine developed and produced her first major television mini-series, Terminal City, starring Gil Bellows and Maria Del Mar for Channel 4 and Sundance Channel.

In 2006 she co-produced Peter Greenaway’s Nightwatching, starring Martin Freeman, which premiered at Venice and TIFF.

She started her collaboration with Judy Tossell from Egoli/Tossell films with Sandra Nettelbeck’s film entitled Helen starring Ashley Judd and Goran Vijnic, which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival. She then was asked to be executive in charge of production for Hardwired for Sony on a project entitled Hardwired, starring Cuba Gooding Jr, Val Kilmer and Tatjana Maslani.

In 2010 she joined forces with Trish Dolman at Screen Siren Pictures and produced the critically acclaimed Daydream Nation, directed by Mike Goldbach and starring Kat Dennings, Josh Lucas, and Andie MacDowell; as well as Max McGuire’s Foreverland, starring Max Theriot, Juliette Lewis, and 2012 Oscar nominated actor Demiàn Bichir. She then produced a limited kids series for Hasbro entitled CLUE based on the boardgame.

Christine teamed back up with Judy Tossell to produce Hector and the Search for Happiness, a feature film based on the best-selling novel by Francois Lelord, starring Simon Pegg, Toni Collette, Christopher Plummer, Rosamund Pike, Stellan Skarsgard and Jean Reno. Directed by Peter Chelsom.

She is now producing a thriller entitled Shut In, for Luc Besson’s company Europa Corp, starring Naomi Watts.
